Dormers

Dormers are generally window roof extensions. These can be constructed in either SIPs or Timber Frame and can be incorporated into a timber frame or SIP roof.

Our recommended option would be to manufacture pre-engineered Dormers in the factory and deliver completed units to site for rapid assembly. Each Dormer is bespoke and made in accordance with the architectural scheme.

The window aperture is timber lined ready for the installation of the Window. The Dormer is covered with a breathable membrane ready for the Roof & Dormer Finishes.
