These three deceptively spacious luxury flats were constructed in Crouch End, London.

With the narrow and cramped site conditions making any on site work extremely challenging, our pre-fabricated Build It Green SIP panels helped to keep any problems down to a bare minimum.

Floor to ceiling height windows at the front of the properties were framed and supported using structural steel, these large glazed units allowing ample natural light to enter the living areas. With the natural light comes heat and through the combination of this heat and the high thermal efficiency of the SIP panels, heating bills are dramatically reduced for the owner.
