Project Description

Built on top of an existing five storey office block in Farringdon, London, these fourteen new apartments are an inspiring mix of design chic and modern construction.

A steel transfer deck at sixth floor level was the platform for Build It Greens external SIP wall panels and internal stud wall partitions. A total of three pre engineered timber I joist structural floors were installed for the fourteen units spread across three new storeys.

To complete the visually stunning look of this project, the front corner of the building features a large steel rotunda with curved beams and elliptical roof.
