Project Description
Standing the same height as a typical bungalow, this house in Findern, Derby, benefits from the room in roof capabilities of SIPs construction, to create a two storey house.
Through the clever use of vaulted ceilings and large dormer windows at first floor level, this property is able to use all its available internal area as habitable living space.
To ensure the thermal integrity of the house, all the dormer components are also made from SIP panels. The panels used to form the dormers are delivered directly to site, pre cut to shape and size as per the design.
