Project Description

Situated in Finsbury Park, London, an existing two storey dwelling was further extended with a self contained third floor extension.

A series of structural steel 'portal frames' were installed to support the Build It Green SIP roof panels and create a flat mono pitch roof. The striking canopy over the balcony outside space was formed by cantilevering the flat SIP roof panels, adding to the charm of this bijou residence.

This build is a great example of the versatility of SIP technology and how it can be utilized for virtually all types of extension work.
