Situated in Holtwood, Dorset, this room in roof extension is a stunning example of how to add value to your property or simply, create more space.

The external façade of the existing house was removed and replaced along with the new finishes to the extension, to ensure old and new blended in seamlessly when completed.

The structural properties of the SIP panels negated the need for traditional roof trusses allowing habitable room in roof living space and maximizing the potential of the property.

A SIP home will look no different to any other when finished. This project highlighted this perfectly, with a mixture of brick, render and timber cladding completing its look.
