Part of the Lakes by Yoo development set in a private 650 acre estate in the beautiful Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, this 6500 sq ft five bedroom private residence is situated next to one of six clear water lakes set in secluded natural woodland.

This stunning contemporary detached property in this private community was constructed using Build It Green SIP panels for all its external walls, timber studwork for its internal walls and pre-engineered timber I-joists for its structural floor. Cantilevered glulam beams were used to create the first floor balconies which run the full length of the house on its lake facing elevations.

Nordan timber frame aluminium clad windows and doors were installed throughout, with full height units affording uninterrupted views from the edge of the lake.
