Project Description

Set in the rural landscape of Milborne St Andrew, this Eco development comprises of four two storey office units.

This project included SIP walls and Roof Panels with open metal web floor joists allowing access for a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery (MVHR).

The combination of these technologies provide a high quality indoor working environment and effective low cost heating in winter.

External finishes included triple glazed windows and a mixture of cedar boarding and render.
