Project Description

Situated in the rear garden of an existing property, this small office was erected in Pulborough, West Sussex.

Simple in design, the external walls and mono pitch roof were formed using the Build It Green SIP building system. The roof panels were spanned from the rear external wall to the front external wall, these two walls coupled with the SIP panels inherent strength negating the need for further structural roof support.

The large glazed area to the front of the office was framed using two glulam columns and a single glulam lintel, providing not only strength but a solid structure to fix the window and door frames to.

A Build It Green SIP building system has a large range of applications as demonstrated by this fantastic garden office.
