Project Description
This double fronted two storey dwelling was constructed in Ringstead, Northampton.
This property has two bedrooms and a small sitting area beneath vaulted ceilings at first floor, which is made possible due to its SIP construction eliminating the requirement for traditional roof trusses.
A fully glazed gable dormer window and exposed feature glulam purlins either side of a glulam ridge beam add to the character of the first floor.
With a cavity and external skin of brickwork providing the external finishes to the building, the completed house visually appears no different to its surrounding neighbours.
