| Client: | Watermark Homes | Project Type: | Housing Developments |
Project Description
The River way housing development includes four brand new contemporary style detached chalet dwellings, based on exclusive development designed by the award winning Cheshire Robbins Architects.
The houses also feature a ‘Passive Stack’ ventilation system, running through the center of the building. This system creates the movement of air through planned paths in the building, caused by the difference in external and internal temperatures, and wind pressure. Put simply, the ventilation system extracts moist air from ‘wet’ rooms (i.e. kitchen, bathrooms) and replaces it with fresh air from outside without needing any power.
