Project Description

The Blandford Forum Parish Centre is a purpose built meeting venue of the highest quality. The Centre is a project that began many years ago with a vision to replace the old tin hut "Parish Rooms"

The building design incorporated a glulam timber portal frame with Build It Green Structural Insulated Panels forming the roof and walls.

The open plan rooms and exposed feature glulam were partitioned off using factory made timber frame walls.

To complement the SIP Building System, Solar panels, ground source heat pump and triple glazed windows and doors were installed.
