Project Description

This development of flats constructed in Wembley, London, features a striking split level mono pitch roof.

The neighbouring apartments were separated using Build It Green timber frame party walls constructed to Robust Details. At each floor the apartments were further separated with timber engineered I-joists which, when fully finished to the architects details, satisfied building regulations and acoustic testing requirements.

The shallow pitched roof was sealed with a single ply rubber membrane and a mixture of render, timber cladding and brick completed the contemporary look of this project.
