Our dedicated and award winning team will look after every stage of your project from the ground works through to beautiful finishing touches including internal decoration and garden landscaping to complete your build.

This service can be offered as part of a SIP building system or alternatively using timber frame or traditional construction methods, all provided and managed by Build It Green.

How much does it cost?

The standard of specification that you choose will have an enormous influence on your build cost.

For estimating purposes we have created three categories of build quality to choose from as presented in the table below.

Choose the build specification and then multiply your chosen £/m² rate by the gross internal floor area, this should include any habitable room in roof space to enable you to calculate an estimated build cost.

Example: 200m² x £1,350 = £270,000 (estimated build cost)
