SIP Manufacture Process

The Build It Green Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) Building System is manufactured under license in the UK through a number of approved manufacturing partners. The Structural Insulated Panels are manufactured under the British Board of Agrément Certificate No. 06/4312 quality control system.

Architectural drawings are translated using intelligent design software to produce accurate manufacturing drawings for factory production. This ensures that even the most complex architectural features can be accurately prepared for efficient assembly on site.

The SIP production facility has state of the art computer controlled machinery enabling all panels and timber components to be manufactured to the highest precision standards.
